If you provided an incorrect shipping address when placing an order, please contact us with the correct delivery address.
After sending the order, we will send you a tracking number. For security reasons, you will receive a tracking number 1-3 days after sending the package.
If you have entered the wrong shipping address. We will not be able to help you after sending the order to the address you provided. We will not be able to contact the carrier and change the shipping address.
We ship to the US, UK, EU, CANADA
We do not re-ship to: Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Saudi Arabia, countries in Africa, countries in South America, Israel, UAE.
If your order is seized:
-please provide 120 dpi picture of envelope of letter from customs or FDA with receiver name
-please provide 120 dpi picture of letter received from customs or FDA with receiver name
When half of the seized goods value is paid and conrmed we will re-ship the full value of goods.
We will not re-ship if:
-if you can’t provide 120 dpi picture of envelope and 120 dpi picture of letter from customs or FDA
-you cant give us new receivers name and new delivery address
